The hotel was great with perfectly clean rooms. The staff was excellent & personable. The location was peaceful and comfy close to everything, in front of a trolley bus stop. Also, we were about 15 minutes walk from Gatlinburg Trolley.

Enjoyed our rooms for hot water. It was nice to find a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment, and a fridge. This hotel was located in a central area really close to Gatlinburg, major attractions, and the downtown. Also, we could walk to Historic Ogle Log Cabin as it’s 10 minutes away.

Nice hotel, fine base for a vacation in Gatlinburg! Comfy rooms and soft beds. Clean bathroom with a bathtub; nice and personable staff. Great and favourable location to everything you can imagine, easy to get anywhere. Not far from Gatlinburg and major attractions.

Helpful and personable staff was available all the time. There were climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave in my a double room. The bed was very comfy, so at night I slept well👍❤
